Colleen Coadic : born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, lives and creates in Alaska with her partner (yep, they just got married) producer/bass player Sean Cobb. Both Colleen and Sean fueled the local and national music scene, econony and general good state of mind separately until they met - now they do it together.
Colleen's talents spoke earliest via her voice, then ukulele, (Nova Scotia junior high traditional first instrument of many native N.S. songwriters), then guitar, and bass guitar (until she met uber-talented bass player Sean). Vocal prowess, harmonizing, song writing, soothing imagery screamed into your consciousness in the gentlest of ways; Colleen's specialty.
At a wondrously naive age, Colleen hit the road touring - coast to coast, 350 days a year: stages big and small, bars, arenas, cafes, with her bands and solo.
