Tickets: $10 at the door Seating Limited David Rovics always brings us a breath of fresh air, energy, and truth in music as he plays on his stripped-down acoustic guitar combined with searing vocals. Rovics is nationally acclaimed outspoken political singer/songwriter who tours all over North America, Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Japan and occasionally elsewhere performing hundreds of shows a year. "Banned by most mainstream US radio stations, David has carved out a niche in the folk scene since the mid-1990s. I would challenge anyone to find a more talented or hard hitting lyricist. ... As well as casting his critical eye over current affairs, Rovics is a master at drawing attention to great struggles throughout history." (2006 Review) We need his music for rejuvenation and recommitment to the struggle!

    I really enjoyed the film on Sunday. It is great to see the Collingwood being utilized properly and spreading culture in Toledo. I will be back again Sunday.

    WRITERS, MUSICIANS, ARTISTS OF ALL GENRES

    February 21st at Mickey Finn's Pub we are encurageing any and all artists to bring there work of any kind for a swap and sell event.


    It is exactly what it means bring your work to trade with other artists or to sell to any that are interested.


    This is a one night event, although some 2d work may be invited to continue to be displayed for sales opportunities.


    Usually $1.00- $150. works are more likely to sell, such as prints and smaller originals. However don't let that deture you form bringing larger works that you would like to show.


    NO COMMISSIONS ON ANY SALES
    unless use of the credit card machine is required the 25%

    artwork, music, poetry, films, home made, self published whatever you got...
