I will be in the Dot in early December. I was actually there yesterday for a screening. I wanted to check out the comedy scene on Monday night, so I ended up going to the Rivoli.
The stand-up felt kind of distant and presentational, as opposed to intimate and interactive. But then again, i've probably just been spoilt by the relatively small spaces here. My point is that i would like to see more, and who better to advise and perhaps guide me on my quest for Torontonian comedic gold than you? No-one, that's who.
