Music
I just found a new (to me) voice that I am crazy about. Her name is Mindy Smith.
My favorites keep changing, but lately I have especially liked Alison Krauss, Sarah McLaughlin, Sheryl Crow and Little Big Town. My favorite style of music is folk music, and I confess that the older I get, the more I am leaning toward liking what would probably be called "cross-over country." Some of the Christian artists I like are Chris Rice, Fernando Ortega, Mark Schultz, and I will always love Amy Grant - we grew up together. I love Josh Groban, his voice calms some deep part of my soul (a CD is much cheaper than a bottle of Lexapro). And good ole James Taylor will always be a favorite.
Movies
To Kill a Mockingbird, It's a Wonderful Life, Love Actually, Good Will Hunting, Crash, The first and third of the Indiana Jones movies (can you believe there's going to be a new Indiana Jones movie this year!!!!), Oh Brother Where Art Thou?, and The Passion of the Christ (thank you, Mel Gibson).
Television
What TV? Oh, you mean all those reality shows? Right now all I'm enjoying is Glenn Beck, the Colbert Report and Anderson Cooper. I guess American Idol will start up again soon.......
Books
The Bible, The Color of Water, Angela's Ashes, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Barbarian Way.
Heroes
Dr. C. Everett Koop, Francis Schaeffer, Bernie Farese, Ronald Reagan, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Fred Rogers (Why are there no women in this list?)

Debbie, Thank You for adding me to your friends list. It's sooo nice to connect with someone I went to Elementary School with and to be as sweet as you.....
