someone slammed you over the head with a 2x4 and then neatly stacked you back up, fixed your shirt, dusted off your pants, and then slammed you again... and repeat

COLOSSICK BIO
"Heavy, aggressive, and uncompromising" raves AtlantaRockShows.com! "Concrete riffs, gripping harmonics, bleeding feedback, and power grooves" describe COLOSSICK's sound, as reported by Volume Magazine. Southeastern Performer stated that "The Seed", COLOSSICK'S self-produced debut CD "brings huge guitars, vicious screams, and solid rhythm to the table." This four piece metal band from Atlanta Georgia established it's name at the tail end of 2004. From the humble beginnings to the present day, they've made their mark, primarily up and down the east coast, crushing every stage they've stumbled across with what has been described as a "huge wall of sound" and what Aaron Hickman boasted as "heavy as a ton of bricks" over the air waves of Atlanta radio, when he worked for The Buzz, the Atlanta rock alternative station prior to Project 961.
COLOSSICK has participated in several festivals, competitions, and opened up or shared the stage with tons of great bands including Stuck Mojo, Ill Nino, Six Feet Under, Byzantine, Hatebreed, Type O Negative, 3 Inches of Blood, Halo of Locusts, Artymus Pyledriver, Kicking K8, Intethod, Liquid Violence, Noxious, Souls Harbor, Dear Enemy, Indorphine, Psychostick, Waited, Legion X, SMI, and so many others locally and regionally! No Fear signed on as a sponsor of the band in 2007, and in May 2007 Jagermeister invited COLOSSICK into the Jager Music family! The Jager sponsorship propelled the band forward as they were awarded two nights to open the Jager Music Tour in May of 2008, and in August of 2008 the band performed on the Jager Stage at the Rockstar Mayhem Music Festival when it comes through Atlanta, opening for Five Finger Death Punch, Airbourne, Walls of Jericho, and Machine Head!
COLOSSICK's self produced CD debut "The Seed" has received amazing reviews and the band has sold 1000's of copies over the last couple of years while touring and promoting the name. Their self-produced DVD, "This Is My Attitude..." contains a video for the song "Crumble Down"and is sold at all the shows as a promotional tool for the band. In the works is a debut full length album entitled "A King Is Born".
