Here is a review from our intern Kayla. Its in our Review Blog
On August 22nd 2009, Comes a Horseman and Askyla graced the small town of Payson for The Day of Reckoning, hosted and put together by our infamous skate park preacher and his wife, Sam and Megan Woods. They often hold small sermons at the skate park and invite anyone who wants to come and try to reach out to the youth there and instill stability and good choices in their lives. (I had to take out Askyla's part so yours would fit in the comment) Next up of course, were the fellas of Comes a Horseman. Let me just tell you a little something about them. They are some of the nicest, most dedicated and talented bunch of guys I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They rocked it like they always do and pleased many by even busting out the infamous wall of death. I was so pumped that I barely had time to take pictures because I just wanted to mosh and hardcore dance the whole time. In fact, I was going so hard that I made myself sick from this show and was therefore sick for about a month, but it was worth it. I will never get tired of seeing them play live, because they never fail to bring their all with them to every show and are always dripping happily with sweat when it's said and done. Both bands made it a very very memorable and special Day of Reckoning for the town of Payson and for all the kids that attended it. I hope to see much more of Askyla and Comes a Horseman for a long time to come, and I know that the sky is the limit for both of these hard working bands.
