Comic books. Anything really, but primarily DC titles. I've been a huge fan for about 15 years and look forward to my regular visits to the comics shop, and talking with my geeky friends. I've also been a Christian for about 10 years and am currently writing a project involving Christian lessons in comics. Just a liitle project of mine. I also enjoy creative writing and have been to art school, and film school. I used to write all about comics and stuff for www.infuzemag.com and now do the same for www.brokenfrontier.com and www.sightmagazine.com.au. Drop by.
Music
I was a DJ at a community radio station for 5 years, which allowed me to get my faves out there.Mainly it's contemporary Christian music I listen to, like delirious, Jars of Clay, tobymac,etc, but also mainstream stuff like Coldplay, Missy Higgins and Jack Johnson. Pretty much anything except heavy metal really.
Movies
I am a film buff. I love being immersed in a good movie and always watch the extras on DVDs. All the creative technical stuff interests me. My faves would have to be Star Wars, Die Hard, Kung Pow, Orange County, Children of Men, Brotherhood of the Wolf, The Notebook and many more. But my #1 would have to be the original Superman:The Movie. It has everything you could ask for - action, humour, romance, drama.
Television
Heroes and Lost, like everyone else. Plus Seinfeld, The Office, The Extras, Monty Python, Whose Line Is It Anyway? and the first decade of The Simpsons. And anything based on a comic, such as Justice League Unlimited and Batman:The Animated Series.
Books
I want to read more, but I do like some Dean Koontz and Michael Moorcock, and have read a few Star Wars novels. I also read a lot of non-fiction stuff, mainly Christian lifestyle books and histories of comic books.

About me:
I'm a 32 year old living in sunny Perth, Western Australia. I love comic books and God, movies and video games. Pretty much I'm a pop culture nerd, and lovin' it! I have studied Art & Design, Digital Film and Creative Arts at various institutions. (Check out my vids) I was a co-host of a community radio show and President of the Griffith Uni Comic Club. I've written articles about comics for my campus magazine. I've also written many short films, church skits and the like. I've preached and acted (usually the fool) and have tried to let God use my creativity to bless others.
