Joe has performed all over the United States but makes his home in the quiet rurals of western Wisconsin. Born on the east side of Saint Paul Minnesota...Joe grew up in rough area's. Being a short irish kid in a mostly Itallian part of town...he quickly learned to use humor to get out of trouble.
