    Since I saw my first helicopter at age eight, I have been fascinated with rotary-wing aircraft. After this experience, I wanted to learn more about helicopters. A teacher encouraged me to go to the library and find a book on the subject. With little enthusiasm for reading, I was reluctant to visit the library. Fortunately, my curiosity prevailed, and I developed a passion not only for rotorcraft but also for reading. To this day, I am a voracious reader reading four books or more at a time!!
