Panyard Inc.'s ISLAND GROOVES DVD

This is a two hour long instructional drumming DVD for
Panyard Inc. The disc features Dr. Chris Hanning who is best known for his meticulous percussion work with NFL films. The four camera shoot took place in the newly renovated Studio 3, and was directed by our own Ted Sikora. Rich Maurer handled the mixing duties which also included play along tracks from the Panyard Steel Drum Orchestra.
Island Grooves is an instructional drumset DVD showcasing a world of Caribbean drumming never before covered in such detail. Chris Hanning demonstrates several styles including Calypso, Soca, Dub, Zouk, Shango, Party Soca, Traditional Island Favorites, and Reggae. Island Grooves contains seven play along tracks with the Panyard Steel Orchestra, and three play along tracks with a quintet featuring St. Lucian vocalist Deighton... drummers, but to any drumset player looking to expand their knowledge of styles.
