CFP Production Meeting on 12/15 CFP will host a meeting for upcoming short film production. Those interested in developing new projects with CFP are welcome to attend. Guidelines for the Short Film Series at Endless Mountains Theatre will be discussed.
Members of Community Film Project (CFP) will discuss their short films this week on the local PBS affliaite, WVIA. The program is called "Pennsylvania Independent Film Festival" and will be broadcast live from Pittston.

Also, on Saturday November 22 at 10 PM WVIA will air an hour of CFP films.
--------------------------------------------- WVIA is located off Route 315 just south of the Pittston exit of I-81.
From the south: Get off at the Pittston exit. At the light, you will have to do a u-turn to the left to get on 315 south.
From the north: Take exit 175A/Pittston. Stay on 315 south.
In either case, continue down 315 for about a half mile until the light at the First National Community Bank (and the closed Dunkin' Donuts). Turn left (going under I-81), and then right. You will see the studio on your left.
Community Film Project presents an evening of locally produced short films. All films were shot entirely in the NEPA (Scranton / Wilkes-Barre) area utilizing local talent both in front of, and behind the camera. Films include:

The Wingman: Bingo Night Creepin' A professional Wingman (he's paid to help people get laid) pulls out all the stops in helping an elderly widower run game on geriatric women at a bingo hall in Archbald. Greeting Cards A manager of a Greeting Card company questions his writer’s way with words. Directed by Greg Korin, resident of Pringle 5 minutes
True Stories Episode II Teresa and Bob run into an old friend. Directed by Bob Sweeney 3 minutes
Get Pumped A documentary about consultants from Pumped Associates who transform the lives of their clients by utilizing techniques such as chanting, hustling, and tough love. Directed by Jeff Fowler, resident of Archbald 7 minutes
St. Anthony You can always depend on him, or can you? Directed by Greg Korin, resident of Pringle 5 minutes
Summer House A young author finds inspiration in an unlikely place. Directed by Ricky Rose 13 minutes
Cardinal Directions An angel on her rookie mission to Earth conducts a geological survey of the eastern seaboard while trying to keep her penitent human chauffeur on track to redemption. Directed by Nathan Summerl
If interested, I'm shooting on Friday 7/18 or Saturday 7/19--I'm looking for some new faces that have yet to appear in the film. People of all ages are welcome.

Seeking- "Trenchcoats" 3x Males. Ages 25+ but flexible. Tough-guy/villian/henchman. Looks more important than acting experience. 1-day shoot.
Working on a project assignment last night rush.... I think I got lucky with inspiration of " Night Lights". I guess the music spririts were with me ( & hope with you)
