The Community World was my home away from home. I saw tons of shows...hung out with tons of people...and had tons of fun. Thanks to Jim and all the folks that made it happen. Truly a TACOMA legend. I remember being in the Girl Trouble video...the night my girlfriend got punched in the face by a skin-head girl at the SNFU show...NOMEANSNO!!!...and that fateful Circle Jerks show to end it all. That's enough from me. Oh yeah...I am still in Tacoma...I was born here and I'll die here.
I saw so many shows but missed S.NF.U. because I had to console the parents of friends who got lost on Crystal Mt. skiing backcountry.That was a bummer. I did catch Dag Nasty though...Wig out!

Once again Sudden Impact Live in association with C.U.A.S and USMMA are bringing you some of the best amature MMA Cagefights in the Northwest Aug 8th 2009.
This time we're bringing the show to Tacoma, WA. Caged Aggression will take place in Tacoma's Landmark Convention Center also know as Temple Theater to some. As always there's never a bad seat at a Sudden Impact Live event with 2 10ft x 14ft screens on each side of the cage, not to mention our beautiful Ring Girls running around.
There will be 15 to 20 amature fights taking place just like last time. If you missed our last event make sure to stop by the website to view pictures and videos from May 15th Friday Night Fights to see what these fighters can do! There will be 3 Title matches taking place also, with John Daigneault from Marcelo Alonso BJJ defending his 155lb. Title Belt. Come see which team will try and dethrone Marcelo Alonso BJJ as the best team in the Northwest in our school/team competition.

Thanks for doing this page Mike, this really is the good old days. Lots and lots of memories! My favorite thing about going to CW was when I would pile a ton of straight edge kids in my dad's beer van (he drove for a beer company) and make the trek from Bremerton to Tacoma.
