Paramedics by trade, Chris and Mike have both been involved in music for over 20 years. While at a friends event, both were sitting around a fire pit, when their two minds formed one foggy idea, form a band. The next day, they sat down and with a little hair of the dog, played music. Songs materialized and before they knew it, they were playing local shows. Described as "un-plugged rock", their music meanders between elation and pain, stories of life and the unpredictability that it presents. Their dedication to not only their friends and family, but the community they protect, has evolved their music into a life story of highs and lows, with complete support of their loved ones. Company Need has recently added a lead guitarist. Jim Silverstein in a word is sick. Jim's theory of music brings a fullness to the music and his screaming leads bring the fans to their feet Company Need's music is driven by Tecate and a chemistry that is unparalleled.
