    Blues is a feeling, das spürt man, wenn die sechs Musiker der Company of Blues aus dem Großraum Frankfurt auf der Bühne stehen. Gegründet 2005, war ein gitarrenlastiger Sound der musikalische Schwerpunkt. Um abwechslungsreichere Arrangements umsetzen zu können, wurde die Band 2007 um die Rattlesnake Horns erweitert. Trompete und Saxophon garantieren noch mehr Authentizität und harmonische Variationen. Ihre fetzigen und seidenweichen Parts sind eine perfekte Ergänzung. Für das Debütalbum „Münztelefon" bekam die Band von der Deutschen Popstiftung einstimmig den Deutschen Rock & Pop Preis 2008 in der Kategorie „Beste R'n'B-Band" zuerkannt. Es folgten Auftritte mit der Blues Company, Sydney Youngblood, der Bluesnight Band, Tommy Schneller und der Bernard Allison Group. Mit einem ausgefeilten Programm in mehreren Sprachen und einer starken Bühnenpräsenz führt die Company ihre Fans durch alle Varianten des modernen Blues.

    Hallo,
    diese Woche führt uns für zwei Konzerte nach Hessen. Am Donnerstag, dem 10.6. spielen wir in Marburg (Schlucke), am 11.6. in Gießen (Café Amelie). Beide Konzerte beginnen um 21:00, der eintritt ist jeweils frei und beide Male ist der Berliner Liedermacher Herr Binner dabei (www.myspace.com/herrbinner). Wir würden uns freuen, dich dort zu sehen.
