Originally as fellow trumpeters in the West Windsor Plainsboro Upper Elementary School Concert Band while both enrolled as fifth graders, Concerned Citizens of Yesteryear founding members Chris Jankoski and Pete DeAngelis can each, at this time, truthfully brag that they have been collaborating musically for more than half of their respective lives.
Jankoski, a Graphic Designer by trade, is an accomplished songwriter who has made the rounds both as a solo artist and front man for the Philadelphia based self-described "Folk-Fusion" outfit Experience Kef, whose 2007 album "Songs of the Harvest" is available for digital download on iTunes as well as for conventional purchase through CDBaby.com.
DeAngelis, a graduate student currently pursuing his PhD in Philosophy, is a versatile multi-instrumentalist whose growing list of mastered sonic-expression artifacts include the guitar, bass, banjo, ukulele, percussion, and supporting vocals.
Both currently reside and record in Princeton Junction, NJ; an adjacent suburb of Princeton itself, recalled internationally by its better-known pseudonym: 'Town where the Martians landed' referring of course to the significant role played by the town itself in the historic broadcast of Orson Welles' live-radio adaption of War of the Worlds by H.G. Wells on Mischief Night, 1938.
Look for Jankoski and DeAngelis to put Princeton Junction back on the map with their music, as Concerned Citizens of Yesteryear.

A well known Teacher of the path was asked, "What is invinsibility?"
"I will answer that when the opportunity arises." Answered the teacher.
Sometime later that teacher and the man who had asked him the question were stopped by a band of soldiers.
The soldiers said: "We have orders to take all students and teachers into custody, for the king of this country says that they will not obey his commands, and say things which are not welcome to the tranquility of thought of the populace."
The teacher said: "And so you should, for you must do your duty."
"But aren't you a teacher of the path?" Asked the soldiers.
"Test us," Said the teacher.
The soldier took out the holy book of the path to truth, which they hold dear, "What is this?" he said.
"Something which I will burn in front of you, since you have not already done so," he said.
The teacher set the light book on fire, and the soldiers rode away, satisfied.
The one who had asked the question earlier asked: "What was the purpose of that action?"
"To make us invinsible," said the teacher, "For to the man of the world, "visibility" means that you are looking like something or someone he expects you to resemble. If you look different your true nature becomes invinsible to him."

Sugar content seems to be the deciding factor in this debate. I believe that these recipes settle this argument once and for all. A muffin is a muffin. A cupcake is a cupcake. FROSTING IS NOT A DECIDING FACTOR. Sorry Chris. You're wrong.
Carrot CUPCAKES Ingredients
• 2 cups all purpose flour • 2 cups sugar • 3 cups finely shredded carrots (a food processor is great for this) • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon • 1 cup vegetable oil • 4 large eggs
Carrot Cake Cupcakes Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cupcake pans with paper liners if desired.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix at low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly while mixing. Mix at high speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl every minute.
Pour batter into cupcake liners until they are 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in pans then move to wire rack to cool completely.
These Carrot Cake Cupcakes are especially good with a cream cheese frosting, but my kids prefer them with no frosting at all. <----indicates that frosting is not indicative of cupcake/muffin status
