The 2009 Concert for Steve will happen on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at Bar Anticipation in Lake Como, NJ. Save the date for now, and more information is on the way.

from 12 noon until 7 PM at Bar Anticipation, 703-5 16th Avenue, Lake Como, NJ. The Concert for Steve provides funding for the Steven McNabb Memorial Scholarships.
The Concert for Steve is a benefit in honor Steve McNabb, a drum corps instructor for Toms River High School South and a teacher at the Academy of Drums and Guitar in Toms River, who passed away in 2004. All proceeds from the concert provide scholarships to students at both Toms River High School South and the Academy of Drums and Guitar.
Performing on Saturday,local bands Pennymole, Temporary Grace, and Big Baby Ernie, with a special appearance by Steve's former band, Clad. Admission is $12, and includes a complete barbecue buffet and happy hour drink prices all day.
The Concert For Steve is an annual event to raise money for the Steven McNabb Memorial Scholarship Fund. Steve was a great musician, dedicated teacher, and a very inspirational friend to all who knew him.
The Steven McNabb Memorial Scholarship Fund is a non-profit organization that raises money to give to young musicians in the form of scholarships and musical equipment. Please come out and have a great time while supporting a great cause. This show has grown bigger every year and with your help it will continue to grow and we will be able to help even more young musicians!

I am so sad that I am going to miss the concert this year. THe first time I have to cuz I am in Florida and not due back to Jersey til Oct. UGGGGH I am so upset, I hope you all have a great time and know I am there in spirit. I love you all and hope the day is great like usual. Muah! XoXoXO CJ
