La vocalista de jazz Conchita Castillo cuenta con una larga trayectoria en diferentes géneros musicales, desde el jazz al folk, pasando por el gospel, el pop, el rock y la música medieval, lírica, sacra y coral. Tras haberse criado en Suiza, donde comenzó su carrera musical de niña cantando en coros, vivió luego en otros países europeos para afincarse a los veinte años en Madrid, su ciudad natal. Interpreta un amplio y colorido repertorio multilingüe, que incluye standards de jazz, swing, blues, bossa nova, pop, música latina y canción francesa, entre otros estilos, adaptable a las preferencias del público y al perfil del evento. Ofrece un espectáculo de música en vivo de calidad para escuchar, disfrutar y hasta bailar, creando un ambiente ideal para cualquier ocasión, ya sea en concierto (tributos, didácticos, etc.) o amenizando todo tipo de eventos y celebraciones, públicos o privados. Both her parents are great music lovers and, like her, have always been singing or whistling around the house. Conchita started singing in choirs as a child in Lausanne, Switzerland, where she grew up, and has always been fascinated by harmonies. At 20, after living in Germany and England, she moved back to her birth place of Madrid, Spain, where she currently sings in a jazz quartet, a combo, a folk band, several choral groups and a medieval ensemble. Funnily enough, it is only later in life that she started appreciating jazz, which has quickly become her favourite genre, particularly 20s to 40s jazz, swing and blues. Siento mucho que hayas tenido que pasar por momentos tan duros y espero que superes pronto esta mala racha. Menos mal que siempre tendremos la música, una de las mejores terapias que conozco. Yo sigo cantando todo lo que puedo y eso me ayuda mucho a salir adelante.

...No es que me haya olvidado de los amigos, es que llevo una racha muy jodida ,mas de 6 meses sin conectarme. los acontecimientos (negativos desgraciadamente me han superado) desde la muerte de seres queridos a enfermedades graves, en fin mejor hablar de cosas positivas. He recuperado la contraseña myspace de casualidad y veo que esto ha cambiado mucho ahora no lo entiendo ,me pierdo un poco y no se si llegaré a coger el hilo.
