This page is updated and maintained by local San Angelo,Tx. climbers to aid other West Texas climbers with access to quality areas closer to home. All areas listed here are on public land and have no access issues. Please be mindful that in order to keep it that way we ask that you are respectful of the enviroment and landowners near these listed areas so we may continue to have unrestricted access in the future. We hope this information is helpful and we hope you have a great experience when visiting these spots. The locals here are extremely friendly and would gladly guide you or your group around the local boulders. While some spots are very easy to find, others like Dove Creek are virtually impossible to find even WITH directions and you will need to be guided in by a local the first few times you visit. actually man i'm not sure of any spots. I go to school in NY and go climbing around there. or in mexico. i'm not too sure of too many bouldering spots around here. I always hit up the climbing gyms at the universities or in austin.
