Today is the day- yesterday already happened, tomorrow may never come. Today is the day. Never forget your past, look to the future, but dont miss the present.
What am i blathering about? Simple.
As skaters we should never forget our past and all that its provided us. We should always keep progressing, growing, and evolving. We should not however get so bogged down with either of these that we forget to stop and smell the concrete today.
Skating shouldnt be old school versus new school - us against them . Granted we all come from different mindsets as to what is skateboarding? , but the truth is theres as many answers as there are skaters. So stop worrying about it.
Go hit a ditch, hill, pipe while your friend hits a handrail and set of stairs.
Know that on some level youre both tapped into the same magic.
