About CONCRETE BLOCK

2007- Torino, the darkest city of Italy, gives birth to a new legend of hardcore, Concrete Block, that just in few months of activity burnt the taps and got the confirmation of one of the more active band in Italy. With a strong attitude matured in the streets, that for sure you can’t find in the shelf of a mall, the sound of Concrete Block reflects the discomfort and anguish of who lives day by day with the back at the wall, and of who in his life has to take all he has with kicks and punches. After their first successful CDEP “Down with the madness” came out on Countdown records on July 2007 Concrete Block tested the power of the band grinded live everywhere for more than a year shared the stage with Sepultura, Sick Of It All, Murphy's Law, Maroon, Shatteread Realm and many more. For them the 2008 will end with the release of their first full length album called “Life is brutal”, refined and cared in every part and with the amazing production of Daniele Giordana, already working with Hatebreed and Madball as live sound engineer and in studio with Woptime......for many people “Life is brutal” is the defenitive italian hardcore album of the year!
