Born in the pits of Spokane, Washington Concrete Grip ripped their way into the metal scene in 2005, with their debut album a year later “Structures that Break”. Playing shows all over the Northwest, opening for national acts Himsa, Trivium, Chimaira and Shadows Fall. The latest album “The Evolving Struggle” blends Bill Hemple’s deafening vocals with crashing drum beats, heavy slam metal riffs, fast pace aggressive tones with a slight melodic touch producing a record brimming with pulse pounding scorchers. Twin brothers Eric (guitars) and Dan Wills (drums) have been playing together since Junior High School, it has been said they can read each others minds, the way they connect together musically. Cameron Bowers (bass) completes the group and a bond between band members is easy to see with their stage performances, great energy, interaction with the audience and just a straight up passion to perform. For fans of Bleed The Sky, Devildriver and Bury Your Dead. our music and the message of the grip” “We hope to be a great addition to the metal landscape for years to come and feel our music is an essential addition to any music lover’s library, we just want to play all over and spread the message of the grip”
