Concrete Marshmallow spawned from the loins of the Sonoma wine country...
Originally formed as the Kinetic Groove Band or as we came to be known the KGB,
Which comes from the founding members of the band last names.
K = Jordon Korach on bass. G = Kerry Garloff on drums B = Sean Brown on guitar.
With the addition of Patrick Jospeh Maloney' voice, lyrics and melodies we struck pay dirt or gold nuggets ( "there's gold in them thar hills" ).
Patrick a east coast transplant from NYC ( "go west young man") had been in the same circuit as Kerry Garloff who suggested Patrick check out this band of all home grown Sonoma county boys. Alas a band was born.
KGB quickly took highest score in local band competition and recorded our first CD. Self titled as KGB. As things do change Kerry left the secret Soviet police
and we re-formed with new drummer Ryan Schubel as Concrete Marshmallow.
Concrete Marshmallow was the name our producer and fifth member in the studio (key boards and synth credits) Mr. Jeff Brockman had set aside for a rainy day, or a stormy monday/weather....
Jeff Brockman produced the tracks for our Mr. Maples single (currently in circulation/limited release), the soundtrack version of the same song for our video mix as well as the rest of the tracks on the SUPER BLACK TOP CD.
If you know not of Jeff Brockman be ashamed... He is the founder member and producer as well as predominate writer and world class drummer of the progressive rock band Cairo. Jeff has more film, TV, radio, commercial and technical credits than can be listed in our mere bio. He is currently producer for EMG INC. as well as all above and beyond meager mortal comprehension.
I am just a caveman, he is a Egyptian God ( yeah just like in Stargate ).
but he is way by far the coolest....man/God with in a few hundred light years of our humble well heated home. Thanks six billion tons of flying sand stone Jeff.

Hay PJM!,,I guess Pacifica's a bit funky,,check my 1st tune. Love your new band/project. Kinda old meets new,,maybe wild cherry meets the chili peppers vibe?,,more chili pep's though. Like the guitarist old funky auto wah riffage. Keep that nasty jungle boogie thang alive!!! TLM
