It's been a while (over a year to be exact) and we're gearing up to start making a re-appearance of sorts. The band has never "broken up". It's just that we have been operating on an "as-needed" basis. Adam is currently playing in Microwaves and Brown Angel in addition to DJ'ing occasionally around Pittsburgh. Jeff is playing with From Autumn To Ashes (amongst other projects) and living in New York City.
Recently we've made the discography available as DRM-free downloads. That means you're not tied to playing them ONLY on the computer you downloaded them on-- not FREE downloads If you're a fan of the band giving it away or putting it up on rapidshare only hurts us, do that to Metallica, not 2 dudes that are trying to make enough money to put back into putting out quality releases) and you can also order the physical copies from us (on the left). Shipping charges on mail order apply only to the first release in the order. So if you order 2 or 3 at once, you're saving money.
The bottom line is this, we'll always have a physical product to back it up. We don't buy this death of cds/vinyl thing that's going on. We also don't buy into the whole finding corporate backing to "finance" your record through advertising or this "name your own price" bullshit, or "giving it away". This is how we're going to do it. By you supporting us by buying our product, we will be able to make more releases. We will handle the releases ourselves. Everything will be run by us and put out by us.
Same thing with the shows. Will we play again? Probably, but we're sort of in a position where we don't NEED the band to live off of. We don't NEED the band to be a musical outlet. By not having to answer to a record label, or pay our rent with it, or whatever, we can make the music we want, how we want, and get it to you directly.

Truth be told - I never actually met Jason Mewes. I just saw him at the table next to me. The place was packed and no one was talking to him. It was mainly a bunch of dudes muttering under their breath about that guy in the corner was in Clerks. He seemed a little bummed.
