Too hard to list shit. | | Music | Everything. For real. Especially live music made by talented friends, there's nothing sweeter. There isn't much that I don't like and I'm always open to new music. I can't function without music. | | Movies | Old movies, film noir, "dame" movies, anything with Barbara Stanwyck, Rosalind Russell, etc. I love old black and whites, anything pre-Hays Code, European film - especially films made right after WW II, artsy films/independent films. Action movies where asses are getting kicked and I wind up yelling at the screen. And sometimes, I just like to watch dumb shit and be mindlessly entertained. | | Television | No time to watch anything. Well, maybe public television...Ch 13 + 21. | | Books | Oh Lord. I read A LOT.I like all kinds of stuff, biographies are good, historical fiction, religious books, photography books, art books, humor. If I have to be specific: David Sedaris, Alice Walker, Anne Rice, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Chinua Achebe, Isabel Allende, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Kate Rushin, any book about any kind of conspiracy theory...flu shots? Oh hell no!HAHAHA! | | Heroes | In no particular order: My grandfather, Jesus Christ, the Buddha, Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra, George Carlin, Tracey Ullman, Whoopi Goldberg, Lily Tomlin, Wanda Sykes, Lucille Ball, Carol Burnett,Jennifer Saunders,Dolly Parton, my parents, my brothers, my sister-in-law because she rocks...the bastards that made my days miserable at my old corporate job, because without those douches, I'd probably still be procrastinating about doing stand-up.
