Influences
supporting local music for whatever price you want, taking pictures, sleepovers, going on tour, potlucks, free food, dumpster diving, skinny dipping, PBR, dancing, singing along, clapping, stomping, hip shaking, circle pits, boxed wine, refried bean burritos, fruit smoothies, packing the van, new friends, new bands, new dance moves, 40's, free cds, stencils, printing shirts, patches, stickers, buttons, t-shirts, being broke, returning cans, safe sex, responsible drug use, bon fires, giving touring bands a place to sleep
Sounds Like
"To laugh often and much;
to win the respect of intelligent people
and the affection of children;
to earn the appreciation of honest critics
and endure the betrayal of false friends;
to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others;
to leave the world a bit better,
whether by a healthy child,
a garden patch
or a redeemed social condition;
to know even one life has breathed easier
because you have lived.
This is to have succeeded. "

Hey World, I want you to come support local CT bands
and our friend's bands that come on tour!
Message me if you want a show, if I can't help you out with a show then I will tell you who else to contact!
All of the shows posted on this page are all-ages, a $5 suggested donation to give gas money to touring bands, and potluck to feed touring bands. There is no security, no hand stamping, and no ID checking. If you can't donate any cash, a donation of: food, juice, toilet paper, paper towels, art work, batteries, or whatever you'd like to give to the bands/show space, is also very appreciated! And if you have nothing to donate, just dance and sing all night. All traveling bands will be offered a place to spend the night. I can't set up as many shows as i used to, which sucks, but I'm still trying to do my part. My goal with this page is to help you get educated on the cheap shows going on around CT. You don't need to pay 10 bucks to see your friends band play at these shows. Respect each other. Respect the show space. Have fun.

Really? not used to hearing that. Well we don't get out much seeing as how we're in college and our drummer lives a ways off but let me know whats up and when and maybe if we can work something out. we love playing out even though its really hard. Thanks for listening.
