Her Australian hit Kiss My Cheek was listed in the Australasian Performing Rights Association's (APRA) 2007 Song of the Year for voting.
Ms Andersen's new album; ONCE AGAIN was recorded in Nashville and produced by US 17-time Grammy winner Tom Pick.

About Connie Kis
Danish born Connie Kis migrated with her family to Australia when she was only two years old.
She began learning the banjo-mandolin at the age of eight and by the time Connie Kis was eleven, she was performing at local town hall concerts including a guest spot with Australian Country Music legend, Slim Dusty.
After gaining a degree in both Economics and Psychology from the University of NSW and working in Sydney in the field of Special Education, Connie Kis re-located to live in Perth, Western Australia.
At the same time she began pursuing a profession in her first love, music; performing as the lead singer in several bands, trios and duos.
This lady’s headline and special guest musical performances have taken her to two recording sessions and a short tour in the USA, performing at renowned venues such as The Bluebird Cafe, Nashville Palace, Tootsies, Cowboy Church and the Australian Festival (Nashville) ... a press tour in Scandinavia ... numerous Australian Country Music festivals such as Tamworth, Mildura, Boyup Brook and the WAMI Festival. She also supported Don McLean in Western Australia during his last Australian tour.
A strong supporter of Western Australia's music industry, Connie Kis currently sits on the Arts Development and Contemporary Music Panel and has held roles as president of WAM, (West Australian Music Industry) and General Manager of KULCHA [Multicultural Arts of WA].
She is a professional member of;
APRA, AMA, CMAA, CMA, NSAI and NARAS
