Consanguinity was founded in 2000 by the brothers Tom and Raf Roothooft as a project that allows them to fully express their musical urges.
The years following 2000 were used to write songs and to form the group like it is today.
In 2004 drummer ,and cousin, Matthias Fransen joined the band and completed the current line-up. The fellowship that was bound by blood "CONSANGUINITY" was born.
Today, consanguinity presents his new project "'The Journey", a virtual journey through the musical influences, that hace characterised their music,and a real journey of musicians who are ready to be heard.
