Eclectic Deep Progressive, Tribal & Global. Those of us providing the music put a lot of effort and care into finding songs that go beyond the beat. Songs that don't promote prejudice, violence, substance abuse, hatred, or stereotypes.
For some, there is a long, lonely and isolating bridge to travel, from dancing and channelling ones creativity in and amongst the dance club culture, to expressing these energies in and amongst a more natural (substance free) scene.
A team of us have come together, to gather experiences, old and new to create community based Conscious Dance Nights - the alternative to the alternative - Where a deep dance earthy groove can bring out the shamanic, tribal and ecstatic in you. These events, allow one to move beyond the spaces and places offered by main stream club nights, bridging the gap to more gentle spaces filled with people expressing and healing in a fun filled down to earth environment. Hi Emma. I picked up something called a Healthrider from the Anglesey Freecycle website, have been using it for a few days and am feeling great. I found this video of an advertisement for one.
