About me:

.. .. .. .. .. .. .. Hi! My friends call me Nesi, and I love the game of volleyball. I played volleyball for the University of Arkansas (Volleyball Magazine Fab 50 player - 1998, All Conference Missouri State-West Plains - 2000) and was fortunate enough to play professionally in Europe. Volleyball has taken me all over the United States and to France, Germany, Belgium, Finland, and The Netherlands. What a blessing!

After playing professionally, I decided to continue with my passion for sports...training volleyball players particularly...so I got a Masters degree in Sports Administration and started my very own volleyball training academy and club. I am glad to say that I love what I do! I love that sports are a metaphor for life. Sports teach discipline, character, teamwork, respect, and fairness. Being an athlete helps you overcome challenges and gives you the drive and tenacity to never give up. These lessons are all key ingredients to being successful in life.

The club name is Cool Court Volleyball, and here we say "Pump up your game!"

Cool Court Volleyball Club exists to promote an intense learning environment for Houston's most gifted athletes. Our program focuses on the development of athletic excellence on the court and strives to also deliver lessons that build strong character. Our athletes learn to fully grasp the game of volleyball on an intellectual level along with learning the high level of commitment that is required to reach the pinnacle of athletic success.

Our program consists of:

1. Performance driven practices
2. Skills execution and technique refinements
3. Strength & conditioning programs
4. Athletic nutrition education
5. Mental preparation exercises.

In addition to our skill and performance development programs, each athlete is forged through competition at the local, regional and national levels.

The USA Volleyball certified coaches and staff of Cool Court Volleyball are dedicated to providing a fun yet stimulating environment for all of our players so they can develop the skills they need to become the best athletes possible.
