Thanks for the add Cool Piano Roll, I love your music btw!
If you get a chance, please take a listen to our first New Age release "Instrumental Piano Music" by Solo Piano Relaxing Music. We'd love to know what you think of it! WE have free downloads at our labels site for you to download.
Just listening now, I really like your music! I know that comparisons to other bands can become very tiring, but your sound is akin to Explosions in the Sky, Mono and Mogwai, bands I like a lot.
Shame I didn't get to see you play, we had to scoot because we had two gigs in Wigan yesterday too.
Arite guys. Congrats again on your Battle of the Bands win. Give us a shout as soon as you decide on a date and we'll get you booked in. Should be good fun. Steve
Alright guys, Congrats on the battle of the bands win. We are in tomorrows heat in keighley. Awesome tunes by the way.... finally found some time for a proper listen. Great stuff.
no problem. it is indeed. he's a highly samplable man. i say again, amazing stuff last friday. would love to see you through a beefy sound system at some point. loved the jazz drumming elements, double bass, odd time signatures... really enjoyed it alot. nice work micky x
We've got a fantastic line up for April, with three great bands including Wintermute who are probably just about the hottest live act in Leeds at the moment and surely destined for very big things this year.
Wintermute: New Big Scary Monsters signings Wintermute are making preparations for the release of their debut album 'Robot Works' (due out on 27th April, produced by James Kenosha). Having gone up and down the country four times playing their high-energy, intensely passionate, but strangely catchy take on math-pop and twice played at the legendary Leeds Festival, this Leeds-based four-piece are turning into a techy, but poppy, force to be reckoned with.
'A curious combo of At The Drive-In and Interpol, splashed with a bit of Foals-ian mathletics, tight and adventurous, Wintermute are cool.' NME
The ABC Club: Shoegaze guitars and ethereal vocals are a well proven combination, and The ABC Club don't put a step wrong to disprove this. Having played at Leeds Festival in 2007 the band are racking up performances supporting bands such as iForwardRussia!, Grammatics, Glasvegas and Make Model.
Minus Jack: Fantastic melodic guitar pop from one of Bradford's most up and coming new bands.
