We go back to the Atari 2600 up to the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Nintendo Wii. We have movies on VHS, DVD, HD-DVD, and Blu-ray. We are movie buffs, gamers, and anime fanatics just like you.
All items purchased are covered by a six month guarantee to be working under normal use. This does NOT include discs or systems not functioning after excessive scratching or other abuse done to disc or system after purchase.
Correct receipt must be presented at time of guarantee replacement request.
All defective merchandise returned is to be replaced with same item or go towards store credit or trade for the value item was purchased at at time of original purchase.
24-Hour 'This Game Sucks' Policy - If you are not satisfied with the quality of the game purchased, by closing time of the next day you are welcome to exchange the original game with another title of equal value or use the original value towards that of a higher priced item. If replacement game is of lower value, the remaining owed will be either used towards another item or put towards store credit.
2) SELLING
Sealed merchandise including games, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, CDs, and video game systems and accessories will not be purchased by us by order of Virginia Law unless accompanied by a receipt of purchase from original store.
We reserve the right to refuse purchasing anything from any individual for whatever reason.
