   About Adeline

Adeline began as a side project for me while I was a member of Quiet, Lovely. Upon QL's demise, Adeline has become my main musical focus. The songs are based on personal experience/thoughts and housed in instrumentation usually applied to folk and country traditions. While not specifically categorized in one musical genre, Adeline definitely displays folk, country, bluegrass, and rock influences.

Fortunately, I have been surrounded with people who are not only willing to play music I write with me live, they also influence the way I write my music. The Waco Co-op is a collaboration of friends who play music in different bands and genres trying to promote local music from Waco. Regardless of our differences, we all feel a need to collaborate to make something unique in this part of Texas. If you have time, please check out the other great bands associated with the co-op.

Hey man. Great meeting you and the gang the other weekend.

I'll be very blunt. Your music's great. I totally dig it. This - this I would buy. To the trained ear like mine, its clear you base your writing in string theory. If you need to change your name to avoid confusion with the 5 other Adeline's on myspace, you could always go with Doctor Rock.

If I had to say what the difference is between you and the rest, its fairly obvious. An orange.

really cool songs...i like how relaxed the vocals are and you're getting great sounds. "with these hands" is simply beautiful.
