LEAD VOCALS: CopaSetic is fronted by Debra G. a classically trained vocalist, who is substance with style personified! After 8 years of recital and Opera training and performing lead roles in college level Operas, Debra found a new love for music in songwriting joining CopaSetic in 2005. Miss Gs voice can range from quiet desperation to sheer angst within a breath and is the heart of CopaSetic.
GUITAR: James has developed a unique style that fuses old school funky rhythms with rich, full chords and eclectic melodies not typically found in modern music. His funky compositions are the platform for which CopaSetic is based.
DRUMS/PERCUSSION: The machine that can keep time better than the Swiss, Joe Diaz. Marching drum and bugle corp from 1998-2001 has given Joe a strong technical foundation and a limitless rhythmic capacity; his jazz studies have taught him how to feel the breath and express the soul behind each composition. Exhilarating the mind and body, Joe is the lifeline to which CopaSetic thrives.
BASS GUITAR: As the newest addition to Copasetic Ben Kelly is a jazz trained bassist. Ben brings a new found groove to Copasetic that is high-energy and pure entertainment. Melding old school funky rhythms with modern day voicing the sound is unique and in the pocket.

I just wanted to stop by to say hello and give you a little update on what Blood Root Mother is up to! We will be recording an EP of new music in August, and we recently finished recording a live DVD. The DVD is currently unreleased and I actually just saw it for the first time yesterday. It features the last two performances with Tony Ellis still alive, and some footage from the tribute show we played on the night of his funeral.
There are some cool covers, as well as some NEW music that will be on our upcoming EP. We're very excited about the new music and we'd like to share a sneak peak with you. Here's a video of a tune called Run Bobby Run:
We appreciate that you're doing your own thing and glad that you're our friend!
I wanted to share an insight that I had recently. Blood Root Mother really believe in the power of music. Genuine music transcends all limitations and boundaries, and happens when musicians and listeners are communicating with one another on the deepest level possible. In a society overcome by an obsession with flashy images and stale radio hits, we seek to do something that shakes the foundation of the status quo. Since the dawn of human civilization, music has been about sharing humanity and truly connecting with others. So stay connected with us, and join us on our journey.
Peace, Elliot
The artistic activity does not lie in art itself as such. It penetrates into a deeper world in which all art forms flow together, and in which the harmony of soul and cosmos in the nothing has its outcome in reality. -Bruce Lee
Hey thanks man! Not all of them for some i had to use some amp modelers which kind of sucked but they turned out ok though. I wish i could have used it for everything but sometimes you got to use whats there.
Thanks for the add. Check out the single "BACK TO LOVE" at "digstation" it has already sold over 25,000 units. Check it out and tell me what you think.
