The Copper River Band is an Arizona based bluegrass band currently consisting of four members, Thomas Porter (guitar), Jim Govern (mandolin), Bob Denoncourt (bass), and Dick Brown (banjo). They are committed to preserving the quality of bluegrass music, performing both traditional and new bluegrass songs - including original material.

Hey Guys, I do not know if you remember me? I was the runner up in the Colgate Country Showdown and from the White Mountains of Az. It has been some time now for me stopping by! I have been busy at Rave Studios in Nv. recording my Not For Sale Demo for me to take on my journey to Nashville this Jan. I also played at the Nugget Casino in Nevada last November. Lots happening!
