Corciolli was born in the city of São Paulo and begun his musical studies at 13. Besides the classical piano classes, he developed a deep interest on synthesizers sound possibilities. During those earlier years, Corciolli played with many bands, performing his first compositions and arrangements.
In 1986, working as a professional musician, Corciolli went to the architecture college, graduating in 1990. He played with renowed bass player Celso Pixinga and with the Espirito Cigano, a very sucessfull rhumba flamenco band. Leaving the band, he produced his very first album ALL THAT BINDS US and established the Azul Music record company in 1993.
In 1995, Corciolli released his second album UNIO MYSTICA, a musical piece in 7 movements that introduced alchemical texts in Latin, Gregorian Chants and orchestral arrangements. This album brought him international projection, being blessed by Pope John Paul II and released in several countries.
In the following years, Corciolli was invited by the Tibetan Monks of Gaden Shartse to perform two remarkable concerts at the Latin America Memorial, at São Paulo. Afterwards, the artist recorded with the Monks the album THE NEW MOON OF EAST, an exquisite meeting between Tibetan sacred music and western music. In the year 2000, Corciolli released the collection named TUDOAZUL, that included ten albuns inspired by the main alternative therapies and ancestral systems of knowledge. The whole collection became a best-seller. Corciolli released the albuns EXOTIQUE (1998), UNIO CELESTIA (1999), ART OF SEDUCTION (2001), UM OLHAR (A Glance) (2004) and NOSSO LAR (2008).
With over 1,5 million copies sold and many albums released all over the world, featuring in albums with Vangelis, Yanni, Alan Parsons Project, Kitaro, Dead Can Dance, Hans Zimmer, Secret Garden, Era, Sarah Brightman, Enigma, Luciano Pavarotti, Jose Carreras, Placido Domingo among others, Corciolli music is inspired and unique. His work is revealed in the rich subtlety of details which unite the traditional to the contemporary with sensibility and high quality.
LIGHTWALK (2009), the brand new album brings 11 new songs, performed by the musician with stellar guests as Tony Levin on bass (Peter Gabriel, King Crimson); Acclaimed Brazilian percussionist Naná Vasconcelos (8 times "Best percussionist of the world" by Downbeat); virtuoso violinist Marcus Viana and the great vocals of Andre Matos (former singer of Metal bands Angra and Shaman).
