Funny, I didn't listen to a lot of music growing up. I still don't. Originally, my only music influences were my music teachers and the movies. I started playing piano when I was eleven, and wrote like crazy. Then my musical influence was my own imagination. In high school, I discovered John Williams, which changed my life. In college, I discoverd everybody else. And now I'm influenced by anything that sounds good, from Alan Silvestri to Stevie Wonder, Chopin to John Mayer, Beethoven to the Duke....the list goes on.
