Born on January 27th 1986 C.O Red was born into the birthing of what has become hip-hop. At an early age he began to write lyrics and and battle in school or wherever he could find to battle. At the age of 22 he birthed the name C.O Red and started GettinMoney Entertainment. An underground label yet determined to blow up into something major for the Ohio music scene. He has since released 2 mixtapes and an album to back it up, not chargin for any of his mixtapes he has been called the self made hip hop prodigy of the midwest. Growing up in Columbus, Ohio he knew he was destined to make music for the people and soon realized that he had come into something big with music. Although he has yet to be signed to any major label he continues to work on his skill an perfect what he calls the peoples music "I dont make music that i wanna hear i make music that everyone else wants to hear, its not about what i like or what i think is hot its about what the people who listen to hip-hop think and want to hear" With this determination he has gained the respect of his city an state and is on his way to makin a big impression on the ever changing hip-hop/rap scene.
