After years of working and touring internationally thru Europe, UK, USA, Australia and new Zealand, Producer/Engineer/Musician Nik Carpenter has built up a solid resume. From 1022 studios in Hollywood, to Core Studios on the gold coast, Carpenter has Produced over 100 bands, and played countless shows as front man for australias No 1 metal export Devolved.

Carpenter established Core Studios in 2003 after extensive market research uncovered a huge amount of 'studios' producing poor quality recordings at 'ridiculous' prices. Since it's conception, Core has continued to deliver with impact, producing high quality recordings grabbing attention nationally and internationally. Core continually produces top of the line professional quality recordings at the most affordable prices possible. In a competitive market Core Studios aims at eliminating average products and producing bands to compete on an international level. News!

Fire Driver from the sunshine coast have their debut album 'Dead end river' complete, Produced, recorded and mixed at Core Studios and mastered by Dave Neil at Modern music mastering.

Crimzon Sky are booked in to start recording their debut album.

High Planes Drifter have also a completed debut album, being sent to master this week.

Cirrus Crown have booked in this June to start pre production on their debut album.

Brett Hammond (front man for Misdirection) has started pre production on his debut solo album, due for release in the coming months. And Misdirection are working on tracks for their new 6 track EP to be released later this year

Brisbane's Born from the ashes enter the studio to record their epic full length in the coming months.
