About me: Our pizza has a unique and flavorful taste!
Our dough is hand stretched to order, then placed on an old fashioned wood "bakers peel", which is lightly sprinkled with savory crunchy corn meal. Then baked ”DIRECTLY ON THE OPEN HEARTH”, IN OUR AUTHENTIC OLD WORLD WOOD-FIRED BRICK OVEN! Corky’s Famous Pizza Sauce is another Old World Family Tradition. Our pizza sauce is made from scratch using plump and juicy imported select plum tomatoes, which are blended and prepared on the premises, using garden fresh ingredients in a time-tested family recipe producing a light “Old World” flavor. We do not use canned peppers, or plain raw peppers. Fresh peppers are washed, hand cut, and seasoned Corky’s special way. Then they are roasted to perfection in our Old World Brick Oven. We do not use canned mushrooms. We use only Select Fresh Sliced Mushrooms. Lastly, we use a very special blend of Imported Pecorino Romano grated cheese with old world seasonings. This special blend has been very instrumental in becoming part of our family’s signature flavor. I look forward to you all stopping by to "break bread" with us at Corky's. Bring the whole family... LOCATED in Lincoln Court Plaza at 4760 Little Rd. We are closed Sunday & Monday. We're open Tuesday through Thursday 11 am to 8:30 pm and Friday & Saturday 11 am to 9:30 pm. Our number is 817-561-CORKYS(2675). As of yet we do not offer delivery.
Directions to Corky's Brick Oven Pizzeria: Coming from the Dallas area, heading West on I-20, take the "Green Oaks - Little Road" exit. At the traffic light cross over Green Oaks, staying on the service road, to the next traffic light at Little Road. Go left on Little Road. Just after you go under I-20 take a right just past Steak & Ale into Lincoln Court Plaza.
From the Fort Worth area, heading East on I-20, take the 287 South - Waxahatchie right hand fork. Stay in the right lane. Take the first exit which is Little Road. Go left at the traffic light on Little Road. Turn left into Lincoln Court Plaza. We are to the right of LA/Fitness and behind Cheddars Restaurant.
