My Grandfather, Anthony J. Cornacchia, Sr.
He passed away on February 7, 2008. He was 92 and lived a wonderfully long life. He fought in "The Battle of the Bulge" during World War II. And was awarded the Bronze Star. He was a great man who loved to watch my magic tricks, go to my plays, or listen to me play the piano. He was a very witty man who taught me a lot about comedic timing whether he knew it or not. I will miss him tremendously. The following is his funeral with a military send off.
My Grandmother, Carmela "Millie" Cornacchia. She passed away only a few months after her husband, Anthony, on April 24, 2008. She was 88 when she died from a long battle with Parkinson's Disease. During the course of her long life, she was dealt some terrible blows but she always had a huge smile on her face. She would laugh so hard that she would cry. Needless to say, she cried around me a lot. :) She was my first audience and one of the reasons why I decided to get into the entertainment industry. I loved her so much and there will always be an empty place in my heart now that she is gone. Her faith was stronger than steel. A true inspiration and an AMAZING GRANDMOTHER! The following is her funeral.
