Hey, I'm Russ.

About me:
Qualified Level 2 fitness instructor.

I'd love to be able to work with people and make them feel better about themselves. Self-confidence is such an important factor within peoples' lives, and if I could do something to chip away at their self-doubt, then I'd be a very happy person.

I've grown up with my own issues about the way I look; so if I could help anyone with the same problem, and reassure them in any way, then it would be amazing.
A physical transformation is only 1/3 of the problem... The rest is tackling the way you see yourself.
