Born in CHICAGO, ILLINOIS raised in KOZ PARK /LOGAN SQUARE area, in the hustling life from child birth; G.I. a.k.a CITYBOY witnessed at firsthand the drug cowboy life in his home to the inner-city streets and what life was all about. Stepping outside in the CHICAGO nieghborhood where he lived, had no change to the idea of what was at home. G.I. a.k.a CITYBOY adapted to what was second nature from home to the streets taking it to another level and embracing it . As hustling was like second nature he made it a business at the age of 12yrs old learning more about life then he should have at that age, making him understand the meaning of life on the streets . He later he was incarcerated for mistakes that he made growing up, puting his mind to books and music he learned the idea to express his fast paced life thru music showing people that as a young boy life was like a movie. The day of release he decided that rap was a business and he would take it as second nature just like the hustling, learning the ins and outs of the music industry from marketing to being a hype man for others and a opening act for main events; he made sure everything was a tool essential to start his music career .

Cityboy- had been given to him later down his fast paced life for the wild in him, the don’t give a fuck attitude, he’ll do what he feels at the moment. As he qoutes “I feel like I have to be moving fast lifes to short and theres so much to do. It takes money to make money, money is politics; you feel me? So if your on the slow lane, exit off and let me the fuck thru cause I’ll ram you to the sidecurb, I don’t give a fuck!
