Influences	I love MUSIC in general, not just heavy music. My favorite bands are The Cardigans, Smashing Pumpkins, Pantera, At The Drive In, Basement Jaxx, Nine Inch Nails, Aimee Mann and Lamb Of God. Metal/Hardcore bands I especially enjoy are: Pantera, Converge, Every Time I Die, The Red Chord, Unearth, Norma Jean, Pig Destroyer, Necrophagist, Mastodon, Down, Crowbar, Isis, Cave In, Godflesh, Jesu, Premonitions Of War, Dillinger Escape Plan, Killswitch Engage, Misery Index, Botch, Coalesce, Comeback Kid, Hatebreed, Blood For Blood, Aborted, Dying Fetus, Madball, Metallica, Terror, Ed Gein, Tragedy and the list never ends. Other Bands I enjoy: Mars Volta, Interpol, Against Me!, Jimmy Eat World, Blackalicious, AC/DC, Gandharvas, A Tribe Called Quest, South, Built To Spill, Nirvanna, Led Zeppelin, New Found Glory, etc

Corrosive Recordings was started back in 2001 by myself. It was not meant to be a label. The name was created specifically to release the "Nasty Habits Live On WERS" CD. A compilation of all live in studio tracks recorded at WERS Boston over the years I hosted the Metal/Hardcore radio show. I booked bands to play live all the time, never thinking they would become as popular as they are today. Aggressive music was not getting the kind of exposure in early 2000 as it is now. At the time I was working part time at Hydra Head Records and lucky for me had help from those guys and was able to put out a nice looking and sounding compilation with some of todays most popular Metal/Hardcore bands. (Unearth, Poison The Well, Shadows Fall, Killswitch Engage, Dillinger Escape Plan, Cephalic Carnage, etc.) In August 2004 I decided to start things up again. My goal is to help new up and coming bands develop themselves and get their name out there.
