After a nice start to my life and some cosy teenage-years I left zürich for london in 1997 and attended the london international filmschool there where i mainly specialized in film-sound. music followed me all those years. from industrial to hiphop, from noise to rave, from happyhardcore to dowtempo, from techno to house, from chicago to england and back. so I started to create my own little musical bubbles; first steps into the wide open fields of electronic music. just equipped with a computer and a minidisc, I recorded what i found and built little tracks out of the sounds that filled the space around me.
missing the quiet quality of my cosy life in zürich I left london in the year 2000 and came back to my hometown, where I began to fall in love with soundmachines and started to twist those knobs and tweak those faders under the guidance of my good friend amar (canson). First as a duo under the name anatol later on my own as cosili.
music brings people together, that's why I always enjoy jams and sessions with musicians from all kinds of backgrounds.
