Cosmic Gemini Cosplay

Hello! Welcome to the official MySpace for Cosmic Gemini Cosplay!! We are a twin cosplaying team from Florida (consisting of Lolita Minako and Neko~Kaolla, which you will see abrevaited "LM" and "NK"). We started cosplaying in 2002 at Megacon as a part of a large Sailor Moon group to perform the song "Sailor War Surpreme" from Sera Myu (the Sailor Moon musicals). We even won "Best Group" in the cosplay contest there! We've been addicted ever since. We both have background in the performing arts and this is just another creative outlet for us.


We came up with the name "Cosmic Gemini Cosplay" when we decided to make a joint cosplay website. We thought about names for what seemed like hours (it may have been just 20 minutes-who knows), but eventually we decided on this. We love the irony of our star sign (Gemini is the sign of the twin, after all), so we knew we HAD to use that. Especially since it was next to impossible to come up with something using our Chinese sign (which is the cow/ox... yeah). So star sign... astrology... the cosmos... COSMIC! Thus "Cosmic Gemini Cosplay" was born. (I take full credit for the idea...I said it in my usual sarcastic way, and NK was like, 'THAT WORKS!' XD ~LM)
