Formed in 2000, Cosmo's Moon, a Hard Rock band from Long Island, is one of the most exciting and dynamic acts on the scene today.... Combining melodic, yet hard-hitting music with thought-provoking lyrics along with a high-energy live show, Cosmo's Moon has made a name for themselves on the Long Island club scene....

Founding member and lead guitarist Mark Valentino's music and lyrics are based on his personal experiences which provide the listener a window to Mark's soul…A virtuoso guitarist who is capable of nailing shredding, fleet fingered leads along with slow, emotional, melodic solos, his playing style is reminiscent of Neal Schon (Journey), Al DiMeola, Joe Satriani and John Petrucci (Dream Theater)....
Co – lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Matt Dower’s soulful, emotive voice and awesome guitar playing bring a powerful element the mix…Trisha Valentino is co-lead vocalist.....Trisha is an amazing singer who adds vocal dynamics to the CM sound!.....Known as 'The Diva', Trish's incredible vocals and sultry stage presence gives the fans not only something to listen to, but to look at as well, lol....Brian Chennells is the bassist of Cosmo's Moon...Brian is the thunderous bottom end that shakes the floorboards every time Cosmo’s Moon hits the stage….Drummer Lucille Weidner provides the backbone of this rock-solid musical force....Lucille is also a co-founding member of Cosmo’s Moon….
While building a great reputation as an amazing live band by playing almost every bar and club on Long Island, Cosmo’s Moon has also played shows in NYC, Westchester, Rockland, Connecticut and Pennsylvania…..Cosmo’s Moon has been a semi-finalist in Good Times Magazine’s Long Island Music Festival 3 years in a row….The band also has played various charitable events and is always willing to lend their talents to a worthwhile cause….Cosmo’s Moon has also had the pleasure of opening for such notable Long Island acts such as Randy Jackson of Zebra and The Good Rats. Cosmo’s Moon has also opened for former child star Leif Garrett.
