Tim was a fun loving person.He enjoyed life to the fullest.
He had big dreams and looked forward to the future.He loved to tell stories about his life and family. He took that after his Great Grandpa Scantling.His favorite place was the Guadalupe River here in Texas. He spent his summers tubing down the river.He had a big heart and would do any thing for anybody.He was taken away from us one Sunday evening on Sept.21,2003 one week after his 29th birthday.He went for a ride on his motorcycle never to return. His life was cut short by a man talking on a cellphone running his red light.That man hit a sixteen year old girl.He went airborne and came down on Tim.Our lives would change for ever. We thought the Law would be on Tims side since the man ran a red light and we had seven eye witness.The Grand jury call it No Intent and let him go.THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU! {NO JUSTICE FOR TIM} Tim is greatly missed by all.
