The Council started in Fall Semester of 2000 between a group of friends from Houston, Dallas attending school at UTArlington. The groups strong desire for good hip-hop music drew them in closer as a group of mc's, producers, and artists.
In the midst of all the bullshit that gets released monthly from other recording artists, The Council plans to bring balance and creativity back to the world of Hip-Hop straight from the underground...
