One term used for people born in the south is country folk. You can find country folk on every city block in southern America. From the Atl, over to New Orleans, on back down to the M.I.yayo. You may see them hustling in the trap, ballin’ in the club, or just plain ol’ chillin’ on the block having a good time. But it’s when *Country Boi* puts it down musically that the rest of the world gets an up close view of what it’s really like to be a *Country Boi*... “Country Boi” born in Atlanta, GA, land of the Grady Babies, developed a southern SWAGG at an early age. While the average seven year old would preoccupy their time with toys or television, *Country Boi* kept busy by creating ill concepts and studying song arrangements while recording music, real musiq as he refers to it because he wasn’t just throwing words together to make them rhyme. “His music is like a breath of fresh air” if you were to ask Beau, a co-founder and lead producer over at Outta Control Entertainment, an independent record label thought up by both musical minds. “Beau” lays most of the trax, I here it now, "drop the hook then finish the beat before dropping my verses So we’ve got an undeniable formula” says *Country Boi* If you were to ask who inspires the now 19 year old rapper he would quickly blurt out Atlanta’s own T.I.P. and Ludacris. The two most vestal rappers in the south. Why those two? “Because there’re great emcees, and there’re SWAGG is undeniable” says *Country Boi*. “SWAGG” is the spelling of the Atlanta street anthem debuting off his self titled LP, *Country Boi*. Aka *NUC*, which is the abbreviation for Never Underestimate Christ is definitely a force to be wrecking with. Ill concepts and undeniable lyrics over a background of southern drums and melodic melodies, the Atlanta native has silenced all critics.
