was one of my favs as a kid learning guitar. It was great meeting him and "bird dogging" his lead style.

Huge fire, the biggest I've ever seen, in Jamestown, N.Y. about 11:00 PM, September 20th, 2006 at Winsor and Harrison Streets. I took this pic on the railroad bridge where the firefighters, only thirty feet from the blaze valiantly fought it !

During the 1970s, singer-songwriter Chris Gardner picked up the nickname "Country", because of his unassuming personality and style. Playing up and down the California coast, as well as banding up with blues and rock musicians throughout New York State, Country Chris Gardner's style, developed into a unique blend of rock, blues, and alternative country.
In the 1980s, Chris Gardner became one of Dallas-Fort Worth's top songwriters . He was a staple at many of DFW's 1980's songwriting "competitions". Gardner opened in Dallas for songwriters like Townes Van Zandt, Steve Fromholz, Allan Damron, and Nanci Griffth.
During the nineties, "Country" Chris Gardner, played mostly local venues, in the Allentown district of Buffalo, and several WNY music festivals. As the nineties turned into The New Millennium, "Country" Chris discovered the power of The Internet, with over a million plays and downloads, on both Iuma and MP3.com. Chris Gardner does some production these days, broadcast - event staging and sound. Residing in Chautauqua County, both a poverty district and cultural mecca, one learns to be a jack of many trades. Tech Repair and System Design; Advertising, Voiceovers, Customer and Promotion services, are some of the services provided by New Frontier, Mr. Gardner's advertising and publication company.
